GIVING

Make a Difference in Students' Lives

Recognized nationally for many of its programs, services and staff, the Division of Student Affairs works collectively to offer students a world-class experience while at Maryland. We strive to provide every student the opportunity to gain skills necessary to contribute to our global society and to explore leadership in all of its various forms. We believe students must graduate with the skills not only necessary to succeed in the work place, but also to live healthy, balanced and civically engaged lives. People who know Student Affairs – students, alumni, faculty members, and corporate recruiters and collaborators – can be counted on to appreciate what the Division of Student affairs does to make our campus a better place.

But people who take action – who become donors – also recognize what they can do for Student Affairs. They realize the Division’s ability to provide the best programs, services and facilities for students both in and out of the classroom depends on individual and organizational donors committed to providing crucial funding beyond that supplied by public sources. They realize that their gifts – given at the level that is right for them – always matter.
